The wooden loft was built by Bertus in 1999. The loft consists of seven departments. One breeding section is 4,2m wide and 2m deep. The other six sections are of equal size (2,1m wide x 2m deep x 2,1m high). Five compartments are used for racers; three for the males and two for the females. Opposite the wooden loft is a small loft with an aviary in front. This loft houses the breeding females.
